Our Choir
Come and join us!
The Choir is an integral part of worship every Sunday. We meet for practices each Thursday evening at the Church between 7:30pm and 9:30pm from October through to June.
We sing a wide variety of music during worship – leading the congregation in hymns and anthems, both ancient and Modern. Our repertoire includes Bach, Mozart, Stainer, Mendelssohn, Rutter and much more.
Who can join?
We welcome anyone who can sing in tune but the ability to read music is not essential.
Our organist and choir master is Billy Campbell. Billy and the choir have been doing a grand job recently in recruiting more members so that the choir is now some 17 members strong. The congregation greatly appreciates seeing a full choir gallery and of course having them leading us and hearing them sing.
There are still spaces for more members. If you enjoy singing please do speak with Billy. He would love to hear from you.
